Attention Groupon & Living Social Customers!

When purchasing your Groupon/Living Social deal, make sure your shipping information on file is up to date, accurate and complete. Every day we will download all new sales and will mail out the tickets via USPS first class mail. Please make sure all apt, suite or unit numbers are included. If mailing to a business, please make sure the name of the business is listed as C/O after your name. If mailing to an apartment, make sure your name is on or in your mailbox.

Please allow 5 business days to receive the tickets. If you wish to play sooner than 5 days, please call us at 312-371-4750 to explore if we can make alternative arrangements with the park.
